Personnel Development Activities

At Micro Embroidery, we value and care about our team. Therefore, we arranged for our employees to participate in a personnel development programme designed to strengthen decision-making, active listening, understanding of others, self-acceptance, and continuous self-improvement. The activities also helped participants develop the skills needed to become both effective leaders and supportive team members. After the programme, Micro Embroidery continued to follow up on participants’ progress and provided additional assignments to support ongoing development.
