Micro Embroidery HBO Activities

HBO is a workplace well-being development programme designed to promote healthy behaviours and support employees’ mental health. The programme is supported by the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) in collaboration with various organisations, including the Thailand Textile Institute, with the aim of reducing chronic diseases and creating a happier working environment.

Micro Embroidery has been organising these activities for some time and has experienced positive results. As an organisation currently participating in the programme, we would like to encourage other organisations that have not yet joined to take part and help improve the physical and mental well-being of their teams, just as we have at Micro Embroidery.
